My experience in Thessalonika
Second Week
One of the activities that we did in the weekend was going to the beach and clean it with the volunteers. There we found all type of garbage such as: plastics bottles, ciggars, tires, clothes, bags ... Then we practice a bit of archery, we saw some people gliding.
And finally, we went to a place to see some exotics birds and also we could see some flamencos in the water.
This monday was cleaning Monday, first day of month that all the volunteers gather around to clean the house. Also was Didi's birthday and we gave him a birthday card with all the volunteers message
Another thing that they told us that every day it will be tasks to do for the house as cleaning the floor, the dishes, the stairs, mopping....
Work
For the practices, I started working in Balkan Heart with other volunteers that were working in articles and magazines for their blog. My job was to improve their blog made in Wordpress. Also I talked with Jordi Palomino, the responsible for another project, to gave me the password to it
Food
Some typical food that I have during this week was a pasta called Fusilli that was very good and a type of meat sandwich with pita bread that it's also from here and very tasty
